Question 1

How do Korvane programs work?

Accepted Answer

A brand sets the offer, commission terms, qualification rules, and creative brief. Creators discover programs that fit their audience, apply when approval is required, and share a unique Korvane link once they are accepted. The program keeps both sides working from the same terms: brands can see partner performance, while creators can see which links and conversions are producing earnings.

Question 2

How do I apply to a creator program?

Accepted Answer

Browse the available program brief, audience fit, commission terms, and requirements before applying. If the brand uses approvals, it reviews your application against that brief and notifies you when a decision is made. After approval, you can create or manage the tracked links for that program. A brand may also invite a creator directly when it already knows the partnership is a fit.

Question 3

How does Korvane attribute a conversion?

Accepted Answer

Korvane starts with a durable tracked link and first-party event signals rather than relying on a third-party cookie following a visitor around the web. When the program can observe the journey, it applies the attribution rules published in that program. Cross-device and returning visits can be matched when the available signals support it, but no system can identify every journey when a browser blocks signals or a purchase happens outside the agreed tracking flow.

Question 4

When is a commission counted and approved?

Accepted Answer

A commission is recorded after a qualifying conversion and remains pending while the brand’s validation window, return checks, and any program-specific rules run. It becomes payable when that review clears. The amount depends on the program terms and conversion type. If a conversion is refunded, duplicated, or disputed, the record can be adjusted with the reason kept visible to the relevant parties.

Question 5

When do creator payouts arrive?

Accepted Answer

Payout timing follows the program’s documented validation and settlement schedule. A conversion first clears its pending period; once it is payable, the payout view and statement show the amount, currency, and status to use as the source of truth. If your account view uses a different supported currency, Korvane shows the applicable FX conversion for that view. Market rates can move, so the displayed statement—not an estimate—is the amount to reference.

Question 6

How do I get access to my Korvane account?

Accepted Answer

Create an account with the role that matches your work: brands manage programs and partner performance, while creators manage applications, links, and earnings. Use the sign-in page for an existing account and the sign-up page for a new one. If you are locked out, your invitation is missing, or you are unsure which workspace you need, contact the Korvane team with the email connected to your account so we can point you to the right next step.
